When you purchase a product from our Company, you are purchasing for your own use. Our products are not for resale
We typically process and package all website orders within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that we observe holidays and weekends as non-business days.
All orders are processed and packaged in our facility where we also produce and process scented products with natural oils, essential oils, and fragrance oils. Scented items may come in contact with non-scented items and may share packaging materials. Scented items may be included as a gift in your order. If you do not wish to receive scented gifts or if you want a scent-free package, please email us at admin@fireandbroom.com.
We will do our best to package your order based on your request, but we cannot guarantee that your package will be scent-free.
Please note: We do not offer International shipping at this time.
All orders generally ship within five to seven (5-7) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Custom items will be shipped as soon as they are completed, which typically is within 2-3 weeks of purchasing, but could take longer depending on the specific order requirements.
Shipping rates are based on the following: (1) the shipping provider, (2) package weight, (3) package dimensions and (4) your location.
All shipments are made to the address you have provided at checkout. Please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
If you submit an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address for you.
We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has shipped.
Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.

We accept Returns on most, but not all items. All requests will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order such as missing or incorrect items. We will fix the issue as quickly as possible and to the best of our ability.
All Returns or Exchanges must be initiated in writing within 5 days of purchase or delivery date (as specified by the shipping provider).

Date of Purchase
State of return (e.g. unused)
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Include images of product

If you receive DAMAGED ITEMS, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please save all packaging as we will need photos of it to file a claim. Once you have verified the claim, we will issue a refund or resend the item.
